Deposit Requirement for Your Booking

To confirm your reservation, a 40% deposit of the total cost is required prior to the start of your trip, in accordance with our policy.

• Deposit Due (40%)

• Remaining Balance (60%): due by Date/Trip Start

How to Pay Your Deposit: 

We will provide the bank account for the international transfer.

Cancellation & Deposit Refund Terms

• Fully Refundable: Cancellations made, e.g., 30 days or more before the trip start date, are eligible for a 100% refund of the 40% deposit.

• Partially Refundable: Cancellations made, for example, 15–29 days before departure, will receive a 50% refund of the deposit.

• Non-Refundable: Cancellations made fewer than, e.g., 14 days before departure, or no-shows, will forfeit the deposit.

• Travel Agency Cancellations: If the trip is canceled by us due to unforeseen circumstances or safety concerns, your deposit will be refunded in full or transferred to a future booking.
